WISE was established in 2012 to service the water utility, mining, industrial and agricultural sectors. In addition to permanent staff, WISE employs contract staff for larger projects and as project programs demand through the financial year.

Director, Principal Engineer
Giselle is a technical and regulatory compliance specialist in water and wastewater infrastructure design, including scheme network design, integrated water schemes, recycled water including sewer mining, and remote wastewater treatment plant.
Lead Mechanical Engineer
Trevor is a mechanical engineer with broad experience in project engineering and project implementation in brownfields operating environments. His expertise includes diagnosis of root cause problems in mining and water systems, engineering design and project management of long-term solutions.
Water Scientist / Post-graduate hydrogeologist
Guy is qualified in aquatic science and has complete 5 years as an environmental technician for Oil & Gas project surveys and compliance monitoring. This includes extensive experience in Occupational Health and Safety practices and preparation, preparation of works programs and data management. To extend his interests in water-specific industries he is currently studying post graduate Masters in hydrogeology.
Principal Planning Engineer
Geoff’s career spans over 30 years with extensive experience in water, wastewater and drainage infrastructure. His expertise includes utility management, infrastructure planning and design, water source planning, and network modelling for water, wastewater and drainage.
Lead Design Drafter, Mechanical
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in piping and mechanical design and drafting for small and large scale projects, as well as 14 years’ project management and commissioning experience, and over 10 years’ experience as a mechanical fitter. Core skills include 2D / 3D CAD design and drafting, piping layout & valve arrangements, treatment plant P&ID, and reticulation plans for wastewater and potable water.
Senior Project Manager
Tony’s career spans over 40 years with expertise in design, project and construction management in infrastructure projects, including extensive works in remote communities. Tony’s core expertise includes designs of water and wastewater equipment, designs of roads and buildings, logistics of remote operations, asset condition assessments and capital works planning.
Vernon is a process engineer with experience in water systems engineering for industrial and utilities projects. He is well versed in Australian Standards and experienced in trouble shooting of engineering design for long-term operational solutions.
