Myalup Managed Aquifer Recharge
Expansion of the Myalup Irrigated Horticulture Area is a State priority for provision of additional water, enabling expansion of the horticulture area. Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) is part of the water solution.
The scope of work was to assist DPIRD with development of a Business Case to secure funding for a MAR trial which is required to support the approval process and establish information to inform the cost of establishing a full-scale scheme.
The Business Case outlined the project scope, cost, expected outcomes and performance measures.
Follow the acceptance of the business case preliminary and detailed designs were undertaken with construction to commence early 2024
